Mission

Leaders diversité is a group of concerned people, engaged in cultural diversity in employment and business, in organisations and companies.

Its mission consists of:

• promoting diversity management, specifically with regards to immigrants
• favouring the mobilisation and exchange between employers and business people to continually improve inclusive practices
• calling companies to action

The Ambassadors are partners, representing different professional associations. It is a network built to better convey the message on a national and local scale. This collaboration also allows the sharing of experience while managing diversity.
